Don Bocarte Cantabrian anchovies in extra virgin olive oil 48g (6/7 fillets). You will never find these anchovies on a shelf at room temperature. A sign of excellent quality, these must be kept refrigerated. Don Bocarte anchovies are of the highest quality bocarte fish caught during the months of April- June, when Don Bocarte fishes them and prepares them with salt. These anchovies are selected for size, consistency and cleaned by hand as they undergo a very strict quality control process. They are delicate, creamy and melt in your mouth.
