Our lovely Raw, Unfiltered, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is crafted in small batches sourced from Northern California’s Apple Country. Better than its competitors, this vinegar has an aromatic apple essence that shines over the typical acidic flavor you get with other ACVs. It’s rich in polyphenols and contains the ‘mother of the vinegar’. Many consume ACV for the wonderful health benefits. One of our favorite ways of preparation is to mix with 16oz of hot water, 1 tsp of Bee Hollow Farms Raw Local Honey & a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Our Apple Cider Vinegar also mades a lovely, sharp addition to homemade pickling methods, dressings and marinades. Pairs well with any Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Flavored Olive Oil.
