Our new Salad Dressing Mix is the simplest way to create a delicious salad dressing in seconds! Mix 2 tsp of Salad Dressing Mix with 4 tbsp of plain oil & 2 tbsp Everyday Balsamic Vinegar (thin) balsamic vinegar or White Wine vinegar, shake well & leave for 30 mins. If you want a creamier dressing, add 1 tsp of mayo, Greek yoghurt or even tahini too. You don’t need a thick balsamic, any thinner vinegar will do just as well. This is a great base recipe, so feel free to taker it in a different direction with a splash of orange juice, soy sauce, yuzu or even tahini. You can even add a crushed raspberry for a fruity kick. Obviously great drizzled on salads, but you can even add a pinch of the spice blend to avocado, eggs, omelettes, cream cheese or fish. Like so many in our range, this is another that’s sugar-free, gluten-free & vegan too.
