I have bought crystallized ginger from several suppliers. The one I was using before was a food co op for bulk items. I thought I would try nutstop and I am very glad I did. I had some from the co op and I did a taste test with my read more... family members. I also shared some with a friend that orders through the co op as well. We were all in agreement that the crystallized ginger with nutstop tasted better then the co op. It is very flavorful and was even cheaper. We love to eat it as an after meal snack for for any reason. You do get a few pieces that are a little fibrous but to me that is better than it having a candy feel to it. It is a little hot with some pieces more than the others which is also good I think for it being more natural and not a processed candy feel. It is a great product and I hope that nutstop can continue to offer it at a lower price than my co op.
