This blend is perfect if you want some protein in your snack, but also some sweetness from the raisins and dates. All of the ingredients here are the highest quality. You could tell if it wasn't! The walnuts, cashews, almonds and filberts are delicious. The dates read more... are even more delicious, with the raisins being the hugest I've ever seen. I wasn't expecting much from the sunflower seeds, but they are peeled and also delicious with a nutty flavor. The blend couldn't be better! I will restock this one, definitely.
