These are just ok. I find salted, roasted chickpeas get really "airy" and flaky and kind of just crumble in your mouth, and are super oily, which is not what I'm looking for. There's a type of chickpea snack (dehydrated? freeze-dried? I dunno...) that's chalky and dense and dry and read more... delicious. I like those WAY better, but I've yet to find them in the US. Until I do, though, I'll continue to buy these in small quantities, cuz I do love chickpeas.
