Our gorgeous Herby Fish Rub is herby, citrusy & fresh – perfect for those summer fish dishes! Lots of fragrant herbs with some lovely, lemony Sumac keep this rub light enough to add a huge boost to fish dishes without overtaking the flavour of the food. It works well with pork and other white meats too so feel free to experiment! It’s also ‘free’ on all the slimming plans we know of! It’s easy to make the perfect marinade or drizzle: mix 1-2 tsp with a splash of oil & drizzle on fish or prawns to absorb the flavours. We use Sicilian Lemon oil for a gorgeous zing! For an incredible fish pie, add 2 tsp to the sauce. Add 1-2 tsp to the stock for a risotto or add a good pinch to a salad dressing or houmous. It’s so versatile! Like so many in our range, this is another that’s sugar-free, gluten-free, paleo and vegan too.
