LUI Prosciutto di Norcia PGI is a cured ham made from heavy Italian pig thighs cured for 18 months at altitudes of 1000 metres on the peaks of Norcia’s Sibillini mountains. Distinctive characteristic: thighs are coated with red peppercorns which give an elegant and unique look to the packaging of this PGI branded ham.
