Coconut vinegar is a type of vinegar with an acidity of 6.5% and made from the fresh coconut water inside the fruit. The vinegar has a neutral taste and has no special odor. The vinegar can be used perfectly in various dishes such as dressings, marinades etc. Due to the acidity, this product has a long shelf life.
