Description White wine Falanghina Igt by Stinca 0,75cl – Vol. 12% The freshly harvested Falanghina is destemmed, crushed and stripped of the skins. The must fered slowly at constant temperature for two weeks. Once the fermentation is finished, it decks into steel barrels and the clarification starts. The result is a straw yellow wine with green reflections, with an intense and fresh scent of tropical fruit. On the palate is dry, structured and medium-bodied. Food suggestion: Fried fish, seafood risotto and white meats. It should represent an excellent aperitif for international cuisine. Serving temperature: 8°C
