The price alone is far better on pumpkin seeds and Ive shopped around. Not only good prices but also you can buy in bulk. There is no other seed or nut Ive come across that satisfys the need to snack and have a healthy option. Also high in fiber read more... and has a popcorn like taste that is surprisingly delicous. I go and grab these now instead of a bag of chips and leave feeling fuller than when I empty out a bag of chips.
