I am relatively new to the world of pumpkin seed options but I found the labeling on this product confusing and inaccurate (unusual for NutStop products!). The label says "Roasted salted pumkin kernels" (yes, pumpkin was misspelled) yet the ingredient list did not include salt and the nutritional facts said read more... that there was zero sodium. Curious about this, I found that they were indeed salted - which is what I had ordered. I also was confused because the ingredient list said they were "pepitas" which are sold separately on the site from "pumpkin kernels" - but the contents of the bag look more like the pumpkin kernels. Tastewise, they are good enough but I must admit that I prefer some sprouted pumpkin seeds of a different brand that someone else gave me. The NutStop seeds are larger which makes the chewing a bit more challenging (I have a TMJ disorder). The other brand's smaller seeds give me a lighter crunch that is not so hard on my jaw. All in all, not a bad product but I doubt I will buy it again.
