This is truly an amazing product! Let's start with the texture. It's almost like I am eating a piece of jerky or a potato chip. It's very tough and therefore sliced very thin to compensate. But I think I like that, because that means I'm eating pure mango and not read more... sugar pumped mango. Though the inside of the bag has an off smell, I'm going to assume that's a certain type of gas they store these 'chips' in. These are less sweet because they are organic, but you taste the mango, whether it's a good mango or a bad one. I'm never going back, since I can't handle the processed sugar too well. I will say, some of these mango slices were not the best, but I hope that is not NutStop's fault with this bag.
