I've enjoyed this product when it first came out. What i received this time was good flavor. Pulling apart a wad of mango slices is fine, I appreciate not experiencing any mold or debris. What i noticed is the batch texture is somewhat coarse. The crystallized sugars provided a notable read more... crunch when biting into the slices. I hope it's from the dehydrating process itself and not from storing the product in clear, oversized bags (compared to the sealed mylar) leading to oxidation with excess exposure to air and light.
